Reiki Treatment
Reiki is given fully clothed, usually lying on a massage couch though seated positions are possible. Hands are placed on, or slightly above the body, balancing energy and encouraging deep relaxation. The whole person is treated rather than specific symptoms.
A full treatment usually takes 1 hour or it may be given in conjunction with massage. Reiki works at any level it is needed :- physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual.
